Shenoah Grove - My real estate experience started at a very early age – I bought my first investment in 1994 in Travis Heights. I've been actively investing in real estate and helping homeowners with creative property solutions since 2003, and since that time, I've participated in more than 1,200 real estate transactions. I am owner of Hippie Hollow Homes, a hybrid real estate company that has a combination of Realtors and real estate investors. This unique combination allows us to sell houses in a traditional manner as well as using out-of-the-box strategies when required. My passion is finding solutions that work in today’s post-bubble real estate market. When the market changed, I re-thought my strategies to be a more effective problem solver.
